Igniter & Welding Powder

Green Exothermic Welding System consists of electronic igniter and dedicated welding powder, which is an efficient and reliable electrical connection method. Through the high temperature (about 2500°C) generated by thermite reaction, copper, steel and other metals are melted and fused to form molecular-level connections. The welded joint has the same conductivity as the conductor, will not age, loosen or corrode.

The electronic igniter provides a safe and convenient remote ignition method, allowing operators to start the welding process from a safe distance, avoiding high temperature burn risks. The welding powder uses high-purity copper oxide and aluminum powder formula to ensure stable and reliable welding quality. Exothermic welding is widely used in grounding systems, lightning protection engineering, power facilities and other fields for conductor connections.
